PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed depending on item(s) availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2-5 business days.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S. and flat rate shipping on international orders.

Standard: 2-5 business days

International: 7+ business days depending on location

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 

REFUNDS

 No Refunds - Final Sale on all items.
